User Agreement

HHS Solutions, LLC Client Portal

This user agreement is intended to keep all PHI (Protected Health Information) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) information safe from falling into the wrong hands. After reading this entire agreement, the user, will agree to all terms and conditions of logging into their client reading this entire agreement, the user, will agree to all terms and conditions of logging into their client portal to access their company’s client information from any Invoicing to all HIPAA and PHI information

PHI is individually identifiable health information, maintained and held by a covered entity or its business associates acting for the covered entity that is transmitted or maintained in any form or medium. This includes any non US Citizen and their protected information.

By using our system, you agree to not share password(s) and login(s) with anyone. You also agree to not use the information obtained from this system for any personal gain. You must also agree that all information from this system will remain inside your facility to which you have been assigned as the client at all times. Information obtained from this system must never be left around or taken outside the facility where it would jeopardize the patient PHI.

If you are not a client of HHS Solutions, LLC you do not have permission to access this system under any circumstances. It is a clear violation of our contract if you enter our system without being assigned a user name and password. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
