On a regular basis, we follow-up on claims that may be sitting in an unpaid status to process them through the system faster. Sometimes, Medicare will keep a claim in a pending status due to information needed from the patient. We work with you to collect patient information, which we then are responsible for passing on to Medicare. This helps take the burden off of the medical staff.
